Here for sale is a nice series 2 Land Rover which has been kept inside for several years by its previous owner and has been extensivly shown at classic car shows and steam rallies.

This one has the 2.25 petrol engine and good news it was previously fitted with a galvanised chassis.

All the panels are very straight with nice paintwork and sound doors, etc 

This Land Rover drives starts , stops and drives niceley and is complimented by having period MAP free wheeling front hubs and a fairey overdrive unit This will allow higher cruising speeds just like the fifth gear on modern cars .

Inside the cabin is very tidy with good seats and tidy dashboard where some extra guages have been added.

Independent wiper motors are present as is the smiths heater which has had the Clayton matrix upgrade carried out .

The rear of the Land Rover has 2 side facing bench seats fitted allowing 4 people to travel there.

Another nice feature of this Land Rover is that it has the bonnet mounted spare wheel so giving that true classic Land Rover look.

Further period features are the 2 fog and spot lamps as well a 1959 tax disk in the windscreen

As with all the Land Rover's that we sell this one will go through our workshop prior to sale where servicing and safety checks will be carried out.

Whilst being old enough to be MOT exempt the Land Rover will also be presented for an MOT  at an independent testing station so both ourselves and the buyer will know that all is well.
